TYPE OF WINE: Dry white wine of great structure; thanks to its complexity it matches well with first courses, white meat, roasts and fish in general.
EXPOSITION AND SOIL TYPE: East exposed hill; marl soil
GRAPE VARIETY: Friulano 100% , from a 75-years old vine, the historical vineyard of the estate.
WINE MAKING: Manual harvest for grape selection, fermentation of grapes at controlled temperature of 18° per 20 days and maturation of the must in stainless steel vats.
ALCOHOL: 14% – acidity 5 gr/l
AGING: In stainless steel tanks for 8 months; further aging in bottle for 4 months.
TYPE OF BOTTLE: Conic bordeaux bottle of 0,75 litre and Magnum
COLOUR: Intense strew-yellow
AROMA: Intense and variegated with overtones of citrus wild flowers and brackish hints.
TASTE: Rich in shades, silky, savory, complex with almond aftertaste.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: 10° – 12°
CELLAR LIFESPAN: It expresses its best in the 2 years after bottling, maintaining its features for at least 10 years
