An elegant wine with apple and acacia flowers fragrance; after a couple of months’ aging it evolves into an enjoyable bouquet dominated by artemisia aroma.
An aperitif wine, it matches very well with light entrees, soups, eggs and fish.
In then local cuisine it is often served with herbs risotto (especially with wild asparagus or silene sprouts, crab salad, cappelunghe, octopus salad with boiled potatoes and parsley.
Serve at 8-10°C in white wine chalices.
